The Medicine-Ball game can be played by singles, doubles, or
teams. Exciting team games up to eight a side are played within
the confines of the Academy 12 square feet ring.

Medicine-Ball is a game originated by the
Australian Academy of Boxing to provide participants with
practical structural lion power projection exercise whilst
having a fun time.

co-ordination reflex anaerobic power projection whilst also
utilising aerobic endurance. |
Jason Daniel above dearly hoping he is going to catch a
