The 9 Square/Ring Skip game challenges
everyBODY to skip the nine clear spaces of a
thirteen course circuit
Contestants receive time faults for failing to skip,
stepping on boundaries, into course no go zones, or outside
the course.

Accrued time faults are added to a contestants elapsed time
the lowest score wins the game.
|
Skimming® circuit layouts challenge the brain, and
co-ordination whilst having a fun time building great 'can do'
anything fitness.
